Joseph Bendana joined Kate Capital in 2026 from Blue Owl Capital where he worked on AI and Data strategy with the COO and CTO. He previously worked at Bridgewater Associates as a research associate and software engineer, and at Syncretic Capital as a founding engineer. He earned a PhD in philosophy and cognitive science from the CUNY Graduate Center and a BA in philosophy from Brown University.
