Brian Fehrenbach

Brian Fehrenbach joined Kate Capital in August 2025. Brian has extensive experience in trading and managing derivative and security portfolios with rates, credit, equity, foreign currency, and commodity exposures. Prior to Kate Capital, Brian ran Dynamic Asset Management, a trading and investment company. He previously worked at UBS Asset Management for more than 10 years, most recently as US Co-Head of Multisector Fixed Income. Before working in asset management, Brian was a proprietary trader at Bank of America and was Co-Head of the Global Rate Markets business at Fleet Boston Financial, running all rate and foreign currency trading activities. Brian started his career in financial markets as a software engineer for option pricing and portfolio management and then as rate option trader at BNP/Cooper Neff. Brian has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania is a CFA.
